As a matter of fact, I do read Teen Vogue.

It's kind of sad actually-- my fascination with Teen Vogue. The only thing that makes me uncomfortable with talking about liking of Teen Vogue is, well, the title of TEEN Vogue. C'mon, it's not really even for teens! If anything, there are more adults in it than teens, so I don't care. I LOVE Teen Vogue and have been a consistent reader since my Frosh year in high school. It's the one magazine, out of most, that actually encourages me to dress cool. aha. I love the spreads, the photo shoots, the clothes they advertise, everything.

Speaking of Teen Vogue's spreads, in the August 2009 issue they had a spread of these incredible shoes which I had no idea about prior to reading the magazine. They are called Winklepickers. I know, right? The name of them keeps you asking for more! They are expensive though... and they come from a brand by the name of Underground England.

The closest I can get to these precious puppies is a bottle of spray paint and some cheap oxfords from the thrift store down the street.

Another great thing about Teen Vogue is how they can literally take any article of clothing and make it look cool. "Oh, hmmm, Camo pants and an over-sized knitted sweater? Add a belt and heels... FABULOUS!" Why is it so damn hard to make the clothing from my disgustingly huge pile look cool? Maybe I just don't think it looks cool? I don't know...
